Water bound macadam (WBM) roads are often used for rural road construction due to their affordability. However, assessing the performance of these roads is crucial for ensuring safety and longevity. Ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV) testing offers a non-destructive method for determining the quality of WBM roads. This process involves transmitting an
